Night Terrors haunted me all night last night, one of which has not left my mind.

I feel disturbed, anxious and depressed. Confused and hurt.

I can barely keep from wanting to just stop, hide under my big blanket and try to forget what happened.

Some Night Terrors I can handle, fear of the unknown right now is something I can't handle.

maybe try drawing it? when I have nightmares, normally drawing helps get it out of my mind. I know night terrors are worse than nightmares, but maybe putting it on paper would help a little?

It's kind of like waiting in the dentist's rooms, what we think of in the waiting rooms is usually far worse than what's actually done in the dental chair. we could think that there'll be lot's of pain to find little or none at all.
