Dude, there is so much that I like about this drawing that I am actually smiling while writing this.

The detail is subtle but amazing, I like the colors alot they are very bright. I think the overlap doesn't quite work well enough, maybe if you tried a higher contrast difference? Also, the foot is white and his head is rather dark, so that makes the foot advance to the eye. If you maybe lowered teh value of his foot and lightened the tiger's head a little, it might look better. Their expressions are cute beyond words and their foot paws look great. One thing that sticks out to me though is while their faces are in a really surprised expression, full of joy and glee, etc, their hands seem static, kind of... limp maybe? Not bad, just not refined... hands can be really expressive. So maybe work on that too?

Heh, I hope you don't mind the critique, I just consider this good art and I would like to give my 2 cents.

The jumping board looks really damn awesome, as does the water. I am impressed with both. There is a background, kind of drab but there none the less. Kind of average, but not bad.

Overall I really like this piece though, very expressive and playful, a vivid piece with a lot of zest and color though containing one or two technical errors. Good job dude.
