Many years ago, I was in the navy. I was visiting an aircraft carrier and they called away a security alert. Everyone is supposed to clear the passageways for the security teams. So I get up against the bulkhead as a marine master sergeant comes running up the passageway, shotgun pointing forward, with a ww1 17 inch bayonet mounted on it. I was unhappy that the paint on the bulkhead was pushing me closer.
