A day at the beach
It was a sunny Thursday in July when Blush and her friends decided to go to the beach. Blush had gotten so excited because she hadn’t been to the beach in months. For this trip she wanted to look good, since her crush, who was also in her friend group, was planning to be there. Blush went out to shop for a new bikini with her best friend Vanilla. Blush picked up a set off the rack and asked Vanilla “Do you think I’d look good in this one?” Vanilla looked over and her eyes lit up and she said “Ohmygosh yes! It’s so simple but put together, it’s lovely!” Blush smiled and went up to the counter to pay, feeling great.
Time skip from Tuesday to Thursday
Blush arrived at the beach after 10 minutes of driving and said “Oh wow, I always forget how close I am to the beach!” She got out of her car, grabbed her bag and started walking down to where her friends were. When she approached she walked a little faster and started waving saying “Hey guys! I’ve missed you all so much!” Although she missed all of her friends, she especially missed Jasper. Jasper has been Blush’s crush for years but she’s always been too shy to admit it. She laid out her beach towel, sat down and started putting her toes in the sand. Blush and Jasper were the only ones left on the sand since Vanilla, Tracy and Jezebel had already gotten in the water and started playing with a beach ball. After awhile it started getting fairly hot and she wasn’t ready to go into the water yet, so she decided to go up to the small shop selling ice pops. Blush looked over to Jasper and muttered out “H-hey, did you want an ice pop? I’m heading over to get one for myself and wanted to know if you’d like one.” Jasper looked over and slightly blushed and said “Sure! I’d love one!” When Blush came back with the ice pops Jasper sneakily took a picture of her. Jasper has had a crush on Blush for some time now but wasn’t sure if Blush liked her as well...
