Charity chuckled her colossal form as she shrugged the rest of her form out of the fortress, grinding it to dust under massive coils. Destroy the kingdom? No.
Her talons plucked up a statue from the ruins, turning over the little knight in her fingers, "If they look up to little plebs like this, then they'll love me."
"Uh ruin?" The voice in her head stuttered, confused at the sudden confidence the demon held. "What? No, wait, you're perfect!"
"But first, I think some changes are in order." she decided, letting lightning course through her body, pushing her power to twist her form and make it more... her.
Once she was ready, she would slither amongst the mortals as...
B. A beauty, earning their adoration from her simple presence
C. A creator, she would turn them to her kind to earn their loyalty
H. A hero, protecting them from truly evil forces
W. A worker, bending her magic to construction and innovation
But first she decided to spruce herself up just a little bit more by....

So experiment for probably her final physical changes, not doing a framework, just you guys. Check out other peoples comments, mimic their idea if you like them, be aware I will discard genetalia stuff, not my thing.
Her last changes were her motivation for Adoration, and Magic over Change and flesh.

I would say "feathers", either on the wings or on the back of her body, plus a color change with them to make her a little more "friendly" without removing her demonic air of course.
A full-fledged demonic guardian (although with the theme of feathers and her winged naga structure, I can't get Quetzalcoatl off my head)
At first she had in mind to "be able to change her size" from her to a smaller one, but that was more related to "power" than to "body change".

Late to the party with the suggestion since there already some with huge followings, but how about a big pair of actual snakes as additional limbs sprouting slightly above her hip? Everyone seems fixated on multiple limbs and multiple heads, why not go for the best of both worlds?
Something minor like colour alterations or alterations of the glowing pattern to impress wouldn't be bad either, but those are quite minor. Also, I do love how the text representing the voice in her head is becoming smaller and fading away. She's in control now, and there's nobody anyone can do to take that away from her!
Here's to me personally hoping she gets some mind magic down the line. Going to be tough to truly be loved instead of feared like this without some sort of fancy manipulation of the populace!

Violet or maybe even a more mild blue would work. Honestly I had considered making the colour change the primary suggestion at first. Just go full-on chameleon to blend into a background or change colours to show emotional cues to your followers (who might not be seeing more than part of your belly scales at this size).

my first impulse is H, *but* she's a rogue, not a hero to start, so that would not make awful much sense, and if she had a head for or desire to be W a worker, she would not have been a Rogue to start! She does not strike me as one in B Beauty or Vanity, so I think the most sense is C, creating and possessing wealth and the wonders of the nation for herself.
to that end, a rogue needs a good place to store her treasures, perhaps she develops hidden pouches for her plunder and valuables across her body, almost marsupial like, the rogue turned demoness creator not afraid to *Make* those who upset her *into* treasure with her magic, perhaps with a *Midas Curse* when she thinks a solid gold Princess would be priceless, or making a knight into a pile of gem's when she has a fancy for shiny baubles.
