Nice choice of Lee and ler dude, though technically despite this being a disadvantage for Meganium it doesn’t necessarily mean it’s instant disadvantage as far as offensively speaking since ice type Pokémon only resist ice type moves so unless Beartic tries to counter using an ice type move in which case it would seem like a disadvantage
