This is his character for Ryu's TMNT fanfiction known as Roy. I don't know his last name. I gave him an arabian appearance somewhat since that's what everyone agreed on. The arm shield was my idea, however. I borrowed it from the blade series after seeing Dracula. It's got a real interesting look to it.
I especially love his expression as it says "You ready to die, mother$#@#$@?"

It's an invention from the games that allows someone to view genetic memory. The idea is that memories of your ancestors are stored in your DNA. That meaning that your parents memories up until they conceived you are stored in your DNA, and your grandparents memories etc.
It's the reasoning that animals know how to do certain things (i.e., a bird knows how to be a bird) because they've inherited memories from their ancestors.
