Yeah: I am terribly out of practice and this damnable thing was rushed out just to see what the idea might look like. This is an attempt to combine a great room with a green room and a pseudo green roof.

I do not have a pilot license, My father and grandfather do though, and as soon as I have enough free time and a plane to practice in I plan to get mine.
I have access to a plot of the land, though the way I was working on it was just with the dimensions given to me by my parents for the individual buildings. The plot is triangular in shape with the tapered end in a pond, the shortest side is along the road that leads to the runway (but it is plenty large for the hangar to fit running parallel to the road), and on the northwestern side there is a lot owned collectively by all of the people with through the fence access which could easily be cleaned up and turned into a park with the consent of the other owners. The actual construction of any buildings on this lot is a long ways off unless we win the lottery or something.

Cool. I have access to AutoCAD through school at the moment if that can be of help: but depending on the codes where you live you will still need it reviewed by either an architect, civil engineer, and or a structural engineer.
If you give the the weather info on where you live I can also review the structure to see if it will take the snow/rain loadings on it. I look forward to seeing those plans!
