Myself, I spend most of my time on...
Disney XD (they picked up a lot of the 90's action toons like X-men, Spiderman, Gargoyles and more)
Nicktoons (older nick shows, Avatar and several older and newer action shows that are better then a lot of the )
Boomerang (Um.... no exceptions here... only wish they would pop up with movies that they used to show on CN like Twice Upon a Time)
G4 (When there not showing Cheaters or Cops or most of there movies, I do miss the early days when the only ads where Pringles and I just liked everything on the channel)
Food Network (I'm just a sucker for cooking shows from time to time, I especially like the cake making competition Challenge)
Outside that there's a single show here and there (wrestling here and there. South Park on Comedy Central, Mythbusters on the channel it's on at the time, so on)
