also what rig did you use for your tongue

i use 2 strips of bendy bones

also is your uvula rigged or not rigged?

For the tong its a tentacle rig i recreated a while ago with just 1 strip or bones and the uve is rigged yes but with blender 2.91 you can use dynamic mesh deformers so i will be making it physics based on the next animations
