I took the trouble to leave that scene post, because some did not like the end of this comic, and I can understand it, the hero dies and the villains win, well at the moment the chapter ends like this, but not the story, here I leave a very interesting fragment.

Ahem, sorry, got excited when I saw this post. I mean, damn! Looking forward to what’s to come in the next comic!
A new name, looking forward to hearing it, and no doubt some new weapons he’s going to need when he returns to the world of the living.
But hooooooly shit, the Egyptians gods are going to wish that he stayed dead. Whomever he becomes (already got an awesome hint from one of your previous works), he’s not going to let them off easy the next time he sees them.

si a mi me lo preguntan, ami no me molesta en lo absoluto, digo, no siempre todo es color de rosa con esos tipicos final que el heroe termina salvando el dia, ya que hasta los que hacen la justicia pueden terminar haciendo una catastrofe al mundo mismo, asi mismo el villano podria convertirse, ya sea en un heroe (o en este caso si se me permite, un anti-heroe) ya que hasta el mas cruel puede terminar haciendo una justicia poetica hacia el que supuestamente hace las cosas bien, asi que debo decir que quede con impactadeishon la muerte del doble de teo.
pd: este teo original es sumamente fuerte, ya al nivel del mismo sobek, no poder soportar la tentacion

So in a way this is just like how Hanzo Hasachi got his revenge after his family is murdered and he then makes a deal with Quan Chu and then becomes Scorpion and if formerly Teo wants his revenge then frankly he needs to show those damn Egyptian Gods who the hell he is and also if you want my advice 3 words: No Fucking Mercy.
Well while the comic finished with a sad ending, in a unusual way it feels fitting for Teo. Vengeance can make you do horrible things and can change you. And sometimes heroes don't win no matter how much we want them to. Least he gets to be with the one he loves the most. I can see how some may not like the ending of the comic but I'm fine with it.
With that in mind, this is quite interesting. Perhaps this is the part of Teo (his rage and anger) that refuse to die? Or his soul went to a dark place, separated from Helena? Much to speculate...

Teo's soul was doomed to burn for losing his way... He really had no other choice but to offer up his services to this mysterious being.

you know, i look at a few of these comments, but the thing is, he was no longer teo back when he freed himself from that pillar, because hes eyes where blue back then, the eyes are the gateway to the soul and they tell alot about a person, i honestly prefered that he stayed dead rather then cheating it with a typical mcguffin method, but i suppose its not going to be that simple since he did bargain with the underworlds ruler, so he would be coming back as a spirit of vengence, which still means "he is a walking dead man" in either way that you look at it once he gets his revenge, he would get dragged back to hell anyway..but from this guys face, he seems to have resigned and accepted that fate...but thats a little bit of speculation on my part tho
