Kiera Billingsly is just the girl next door.
Kiera used to be a video store attendant until she met Lily Blue. A chance encounter that pried her out of her shell and let her loose on the patrons of the Stray Kats.
She also is an internet model for Lily's several lines of clothing, from naughty to nice and everything in between.
While she's still a little naive, she love her job and really enjoys all the friends she's made, as with the extra money she's made, she moved out of her mom's house and in with Jaynie...On the other side of an enormous flat. She doesn't take up much room because she's always traveling with Lily's personal photographer, Anju for shoots in exotic locales.
All in all, she's having a great time and can't believe that she was so innocent before, but she's still got a long way to go.

Cosmetic surgery. Stage magic. Genome replacement. Let's just say she doesn't have one because I didn't think she needed one. But it's a good question and I think I'm going to actually use a more elaborate answer in a journal post to shed some light on these characters and the lineage of their populous.
