It looks like this cameraman decided to take a little photo of the feral Carmen. Dragons are often vain creatures, after all, and they love having their pictures taken. Carmen doesn't seem to take it too seriously, though, and while she gives a very sweet look up at the camera, she can't help but give a small blep as well.
