Well, I'm not entirely certain that dragons would be universally benevolent as you romanticize. Surely some of them would be, atleast, but if there are no evil dragons, then there are totally some clashes with the "sentience" virtue in some philosophical manner.
Otherwise, I think I agree with your definitions of the ideal individual.
