Timet has been working on new options for the upcoming new year theme for Ozzy's club. Unfortunately, it seems that the bull essence didnt want to mix properly with his other potion ingredients. Timet will have to keep that in mind when whipping up the next test... hopefully there is no widespread effects causing others in the world to change into bulls.
