That smoke is from the black car

looks to me like its coming from off the ramp

No the black car is drifting to the right. Plus the smoke is a little high in perspective to be coming off the ramp. These cars are pretty fast, by the time the car got to where it is the smoke would still be level with the ramp. Also there is no cause for the red car to be smoking, the tires are gripping the surface well enough to not cause much friction.
