Eggcidental Spell Overload Part 2/3
It seems like using that Helping Hand wasn't a good idea. Calex has never had one of his spells powered up before, and so the spell went wild, hitting not only Arzure but dragging Calex and Zeelo into it as well. As they all start to get younger Arzure is reduced to a kid and devolves to a raboot while Zeelo and Calex are toddlers or even babies reduced to a riolu and an eevee. Despite the fact that the spell already devolved them and reduced their age drastically it hasn't stopped, and the three continue to get even younger.
