It's hard being a lower demon in the corporate ladder in Hell Corp. The higher demon mons are always so full of themselves. Down in hell it was a rough world, one where devils loved watching others getting demoted so that they could take pride in
holding onto their own position within the hierarchy of things. Picha could say that he was in a comfortable place with being the Secretary.. but when only the interns and maybe the demon mons in the mailroom were below him; it certainly didn't make him feel to safe. Picha wasn't like his fellow co-workers though whom desired the relatively safe and highest position in Hell Corp; the CEO..
Ludolf wasn't someone to easily take his comfy office chair throne though. He was certainly feared. Rarely did the company’s CEO have either the time or patience for matters of such little importance in the grand scheme of things as those talking about wanting his position. When it came to disciplining his underlings, however, Ludolf always managed to find a break in his schedule. He made no attempt to hide his own delight at dishing out such creative punishments of his own. He knew a simple pay dock or a scolding and reprimanding was of nothing to these lower devils of his. Ludolf preferred surely his own way of punishing.
Picha should've done better on this quarters soul quota surely. He might've not been in such a sticky situation.
