It's always interesting to see what Krystal looked like in her original Dinosaur Planet form before being turned into Star Fox: Adventures.
Apparently she was a cat or such in Dinosaur Planet. I admit, I do like the Star Fox (Vixen) version of Krystal more, but apparently the Dinosaur Planet version of Krystal would have had a whole lot of content due to it being her own game.

Overall, this is cool artwork! ^^

This looks awesome! I really like Krystal with stripes, I also really like those spiked forearm armor gauntlets.

Very nice! Have you seen her design in the original Dinosaur Planet? That concept pic you based this one off of may have sorta been a transitionary design for what she ended up looking like.

In the original stuff for Dinosaur Planet, she had been adopted by a wolf and powerful wizard named Randorn, who had a son named Saber. Though unbeknownst to Krystal, Randorn had destroyed the village she was from after a war between his tribe and another like her's had claimed his eldest son Blade. When he found her hiding away - a very young child at the time - he was stricking with grief when he realized what he had done, and so took her in. Sort of similar to this pic, actually.
