I've always tended to see Old Fleur as a frog or toad, with his hunched back, bowed legs, and a wide mouth. At first you think "This is a mean looking character", but then his mood changes. He often spouts a load of nonsense, grumbles, and laughs at the most inopportune moments, which makes me often enjoy his company since it often lightens the mood when the air is tense. He hobbles around like an old toad, but when he gets a spurt of energy he can jump just as high and flip as nimbley as any of the other young and agile characters. He is the ringmaster, so I figured I should put him in his habitat instead of a white background. I must admit, I love his costume and how detailed it is, but it was such a pain to get accurate.
