A delicious lunch, a fillet of catfish, and 2 slices of a pork tenderloin, cooked on skillet, in olive oil, seasoned in picture with cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne, pepper, garlic and onion powder, and ginger(pork) and same seasonings except for cinnamon on the catfish. Cooked at 300-350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cooked to preference. Can also season to your liking as well, and can be served with bread, fruit, veggies, or whatever side you want
