That's one of the most believable and real-looking skin textures of a vampire I've ever seen, hell not just a vampire, but a human subject in general. Skin to me is even harder to properly render than fur, and you did it so damn well. And I love his eyes; so...morose.

Ugly no, I'd consider this morbidly handsome in fact. He reminds me of Voldemort but is a lot better looking since he has a nose. Honestly the has the classic Nosferatu look to him which is awesome, classics never go out of style in my book.

I think your coloring has improved - not that I didn't expect that to happen, but I guess I took it for granted that you could learn something even while already good. I saw the ep way back when it aired, haha. Job's design is inspired by the great many Nosferatu-style vampires. I love them long time.

They almost always wear black, but he's conscious of how things are done in modern times and wears a suit. It has the unfortunate side-effect of making him look like one of the Gentlemen.

Haha The last Vampire movie I watched with a Nosferatu-style vampire was subspecies ( foot long creepy fingers!!), and it looked so horrible and fake it put the style completely out of my mind :p

I have a high tolerance for b-horror, what was the name of this movie? Don't know that I've seen one that has superfingers.

The best examples of Nosfertau vampires are in (hurr) Nosferatu (silent film), its remake, and.. the Reapers in Blade 2. Though the latter is not a good film. The vampire designs are awesome. You just have to wade through some really astonishingly bad acting. Sorry the superfinger vampires wrecked stuff for you, though.

I'm just not fond of human looking vampires save for a very select few, like Alucard from Hellsing. Twilight drives me insane.

You did a beautiful job on this guy. I love how spooky and worn out his face looks, while his suit is still perfectly clean. I especially like the faint red rings under his eyes, and all the detail you put into his skin texture.
