2020 gave me a lot of time to just think. And in that time, I realized how much fun worldbuilding is. At this point I practically have a galaxy of worlds. I already mentioned Astraeus but this particular continent is from a different world called Arceia. To put it simply, its my own version of the Pokemon Mystery Dungeon world. With some kinks added in for flavor. This particular region was inspired art done by
Kurikia,
BunnyKisses, as well as
-DarkEntrophy's Pokepoof Project stories. As such, this region is very kink heavy with boss pokemon who are more than happy to force you into diapers and baby you roam around in their own territories, as well as weaker pokemon who are very bab and would be more than happy to make you just as bab as they are.
In case anyone is wondering, this map was made using the program Wonderdraft. Its not as feature heavy as Inkarnate but it is a one time payment thing which gives it an advantage on Inkarnate. And if you haven't already, go check out Kurikia and Bunnykisses' art as well as thebackup's stories. They're really good and worthy of praise.

Ah, I was linked this by a friend! I'm glad you've found inspiration from my humble writings~
The map is certainly a solid start to developing a world. If I might be so bold as to offer words of advice, a little more variety in land masses might be worthwhile. For example, there's only one Island, and it lacks a name. The landmark names might be a tad on-the-nose as well, unless being literal is a trademark of whichever in-universe character named these places.

Advice is always appreciated. I have been looking for ways to spice the map up so it wouldn’t look so bland, especially with the Verdant Plains. I do like to imagine the landmark names were given by the same Pokemon who named all the other dungeon places cause if you look at other PMD games, the dungeon names are pretty simple themselves. XD
I also had some help from some friends in a PMD server in naming some of these areas.

Fair enough~
One thing might be too include certain notable structures that can appear on earth. For example, steppes, plataues, valleys and the like. You have some rivers in the plains, but no lakes or inland oceans feeding those.
Worst case scenario, you can always consult something like Wikipedia and prepare to use words neither you nor your readers will recognize but at least they'll sound cool! https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glo.....eography_terms
The PMD games are pretty literal, but as with all Pokémon games they're also rather basic in their world building. Don't be afraid to surpass the limitations of the original, but maintaining a connection to it can be a good way to ground things.
For example, you mentioned the Verdant Plains. Instead it might be called something 'Plains of the Dancing Grass', which could sound more metaphorical until it's revealed that it was named for the propensity of Grass-Types to dance in the gentle winds that sweep across it. Thus you have a literal reason for the name existing while still sounding pleasing in a figurative sense to human ears ;)
