A few Pokémon computer scientists were studying the ins and outs of cyber space, finding life forms and trying to copy their code and tamper with it. They eventually made a perfect copy of the code to make a new life form, until one of the employees accidentally released a virus code into the system while they were materializing it. This made it much younger than originally intended and messed up the inner stability of the code, so they had to raise it from ground up. The project was shut down for several years, so they couldn’t properly progress the code’s maturity and it had to be placed in the infant stage indefinitely. One of the scientists, A green lugia, tried to restart the project without permission. But he didn’t know how the project, and so in an accident he was infused with the virus code and mentally regressed even more than the first coded life form. This led to the shoutmon to care for the newly reset lugia while his caretaker was away. Eventually the project was reopened to try and reverse the regressive effects of the code on the lugia. They tried to embed the new code with more matured versions of themselves, but that just worsened the effect on the code, creating to new baby mons to care for. But on the next try they did eventually figure it out.

-has sever messing problems, so he has to wear two diapers at a time at all times
-gets embarrassed when he messes
-enjoys attention by the caretaker and likes getting carried
-has a dark gray hoodie he always wears and hides in when he’s shy
-keeps to himself
