In artists alley of anime cons, typically what most people are selling are prints/random nicknacks of popular characters.
While it isn't really legal, I guess there's some sort of... unspoken agreement to it, since most of the companies that own the characters are located in Japan and the people selling the fanart aren't making HUGE AMOUNTS on the characters, etc. Plus it's not like a company making profit, it's just one person i guess? i really have no fucking clue lmao!
Granted, I don't really know much on the subject, but yeah. Lol. I'm pretty sure it's not legal. idk. i r smurt.
