Wanted to make another PCA character for the heck of it and because I had a great idea of how to make her...well type her anyway. I was playing Pokemon HeartGold and was training my Dragonair (female) and after training her for a while that got me thinking to make a PCA character. Hope you guys like her^^

Originally born in Blackthorn City in Johto, Regina’s childhood was not much to her liking. Being the child of two famous supermodels could do that to a person. As a young Dratini around the age of 7 her parents had little time to spend with their daughter so she was mostly alone during the time. She never got the time to make friends because mostly every time she would step out of her own home the reporters would hound her so she spend her days inside her room not being able to see her parents on a rare occasion.

Around the age of 12 she left her hometown and made her way into the Kanto region without her parents knowing. She had used the money that her parents had been earning for their supermodel career and money she had been saving up all this time. The reason for moving to the Kanto region is because she had learned of two of her relatives that lived in Pallet Town and wanted to live with them since she couldn’t stand all the fame that her parents were passing onto her even though she didn’t want it. It took a couple of days to reach the Kanto region but thanks to the Magnet Train in Goldenrod City she was able to arrive in Saffron City to meet up with uncle Tyson and aunt Gina who had known about her arrive.

For the past three years living with her relatives, Regina underwent some training with her aunt and her uncle since both of them were very skilled people since they both had dragon-type like abilities so they were able to train their niece and at the age of 15 she joined the PCA after learning about the academy during her training with her uncle and aunt. Since she started out as a freshmen she planned to make some friends since she could make any friends during her childhood and she however make some good friends who had no idea about her family being supermodels.

Thanks to the training she had with her uncle and aunt she has become a very good fighter in battle. Her attacks and defense are well balance as well as her speed. She’s even able to defend herself without anyone’s help if she wanted to.

Other facts:
When she’s in battle that is the only time she would actually wear sneakers but when she’s not battling she loves to wears sandals all the time no matter how warm or cold the weather is.

She is single and even though she is not looking she sometimes wishes she had someone to care for (besides her aunt and uncle).

During her junior year she could have chosen to evolve into a Dragonite but she chose to stay as a Dragonair which was fine with her.
