It's stupid human stuff. =P They need clothes to be warm in the cold, but after generations of this, they have a "need" of using clothes even in a 50ºC environment! Furs don't need any of this, so the explanation simply is to be respected as equals by humans. Also, that crotch fur only happens with winterfur, so when it's summer... there's nothing in the way
