Once an aspiring actor, after an accident he develops the ability to astrally project and possess other people.

Neil's utterly convinced there is a government conspiracy behind the accident that gave him those powers.

Neil has no alliance, he spies on the government and corps trying to find the truth about the incident that awakened his powers and caused his narcolepsy.

The distance he can astrally project is limited, and his possession power are more effective on unconscious/asleep people.
