His origin and clan are unknown but his hostile response to any shinobi makes any diplomatic contact impossible. He's always on the move, but has taken actions in favor of civilians several times, earning their aid by driving away criminals and other oppresors.

His only words have been: "I only seek my past. After I find it, I pla to live away from your warring clans. Whoever would stop me or bind me will fail and die!"
