Introducing my upcoming personal project! It’s gonna start as a comic series, but I hope it’ll eventually become something bigger! It might be a little while before I start uploading pages but they should be showing up within the year.
It’s almost every pet’s dream to leave the pet store and find a loving home. Unfortunately, Sunny the hamster has been having rough luck with that. Despite his best efforts, he has been returned to the store many times due to reasons ranging from escape attempts to owners simply losing interest. Just as he’s beginning to lose hope, a rat named Matt helps him realize that there’s another choice: escaping the pet store and living as a free rodent roaming the mall. Just as Sunny begins to learn the basics of independence, both the mall and the two rodents begin to face some unexpected challenges that they must overcome in order to keep their freedom.
