Sonic the Hedgehog has too many fans on Mobius to count. But none of these are bigger than Amy Rose. Not only is she president of the Sonic the Hedgehog Fan Club, she also proclaims herself to be his girlfriend.

A native of Aqua Lake City, Amy is a Hedgehog with a hopeless crush on Sonic, and will not tolerate anybody badmouthing him. Though a very sweet girl, she can have a pretty nasty temper and it isn’t uncommon for her to jump into things without thinking them through, which has often led to her getting captured by Dr. Eggman.

Even though she’s not as strong or athletic as her beloved Sonic, her lack of fighting prowess is mitigated by her infamous Piko Piko Hammer. She’s also fairly fast—not quite on Sonic’s level of speed, but fast enough that he’ll keep looking over his shoulder. Amy also dabbles in New Age practices like tarot card-reading, horoscopes, and crystal gazing; Sonic has pretty cynical outlook on such activity, dismissing it all as “superstitious junk”.
