So yes these are inspired by specific panels in the hilarious webcomic series by http://alexiuss.deviantart.com/ reimagining the characters with faces (and a gender change?) for my amusement. It's pretty interesting how, even with completely obscured faces, you can clearly tell how the characters are acting. Which makes putting actual faces on them fun and challenging. This is also a great way for me to practice drawing cloth. Alexiuss does a wonderful job of highlight all the little folds and crinkles in the heavy jackets his subjects wear.
