At the start of 2020, I made a piece inspired by The Great Gatsby which summed up my hopes for what this new decade would bring. After this year, it was clear I needed to give this piece a second shot.
This was done from beginning to end in under 24 hours on New Years Eve, and while I'm not as happy with it as the first piece, I think that sums up 2020 pretty well. Goodbye and good riddance to such an awful year.

Imagine being the kind of person who looks at a piece about stress and tiredness and the absolute shitshow that was 2020, a year with the equivalent of multiple 9/11s happening each day in terms of deaths, with the blame resting pretty heavily on that guy's shoulders, and then makes this kind of comment.
