Back in May, I drew Cailean in a merman-form. I took that opportunity to redesign his tail, since I've been unsatisfied with the old design for a long time.
Now, I finally got around to redesigning the rest of his kelpie-form! :D
The new design is inspired by a Ripsaw Catfish (and a horse, obviously).
