Here Twilight is acting "Not Twilight" and drooling and focused on the leaf as it falls. By the looks of it, Twilight is like a child and dumb.

Here's a story behind this picture:

Twilight was taking a walk in Ponyville when she found a reddish ooze in a beaker, which she took with her horn magic and took it back with her to the Golden Oaks Library. Spike was sweeping the floors and wearing a maid outfit for no reason, even though he didn't need to wear it but liked it anyways. "Oh, hiya Twi, what did you get?" Spike asked Twilight as she walked past him, "I don't know, I was just doing my daily walk and found it. I don't have time for conversation, I must store it immediately" Twilight tells Spike, making her way to the Basement. Spike sighs and resumes sweeping the floor.

Twilight walks downstairs, being careful with the red ooze, she takes her time to walk down the steps until she gets to the last step and makes her way to her basement lab. Her lab had the standard things for a lab really but she had a tendency to collect magical artifacts which she kept on a counter. She walks over to her desk where she works at when she does lab experiments. She immediately puts on the necessary lab gear and gets out various lab equipment, and starts the experiment. She notices that the chemical reacts oddly and when she had it interact with explosive chemicals it explodes, which she walks several feet back. So for a very long time, she experiments with it, but here was the thing, she was unable to figure out what it was. Just as she was about to call it quits and puts it away and removes her lab gear, Pinkie Pie invites herself in and lounges at Twilight. "Twilight!!" Pinkie says as she holds her tight and smiles, "Pinkie...What are you doing here?" Twilight says to Pinkie Pie, confused. "Oh..I wanted to say hi and..Ooooo..." As Pinkie starts talking like usual, she looks around in Twilight's lab and touches a lot of stuff. "Pinkie! What did I tell you? Don't touch that!" Twilight yells at her. Pinkie doesn't listen as she looks at her reflection in the flask and giggles as her reflection looks all disorientated. "Oooo...OOooo..Oh.." she spots the chemicals and picks them up but Twilight takes them away, "Don't touch that!" Pinkie looks at her, "Oops, sorry. Everything just looks so...Interesting and Sciencey to look at..Oh...Red ooze..." as she spots the beaker full of the ooze and tries reaching for it, but Twilight smacks her hoof away, "No touch! That's an unknown substance". "Oops, sorry" Pinkie replies noticing all the collections Twilight had and starts to handle them.

Twilight looks around in time, "Pinkie! Don't touch!". Pinkie was holding one of the artifacts as she feels electricity and spasms from, the artifiact seemed to be some type of geode that produced lightning and such upon being touched, "Oooooooo....That tickles....." Pinkie says, accidentally knocking things down, including the beaker of the red ooze and causing it to spill onto Twilight. "Pinkie! Look what you did!" Twilight yells out, removing the thing that produces elctricity and puts it away. It looks like Pinkie has caused quite the mess in the lab. Pinkie's coat is black and her mane is all static, "Oopsies, that was quite the shock" Pinkie says innocently, "Pinkie!!! Get out! Now! I need to clean up!" Twilight tells Pinkie, who nods happily and walks upstairs, saying bye to Spike on the way out. Spike looks confused as he wonders what happened so he walks downstairs to check up on Twilight.

Twilight was now reorganizing the lab and even cleaning it up. Just as she was reorganizing her collection items, she gets an intense headache and has trouble remembering where it went. "Twilight...? What happened?" Spike asked. Twilight seemed spaced out, which worried Spike and he runs to her, waving a claw at her face, "Twilight...You in there...?", this makes Twilight snap out of it and panics, "Spike! Oh..I'm glad to see you! Can you help me clean up?" she tells Spike, who eagerly starts to help. With Spike's help, they get the lab cleaned up within an hour, Twilight was having trouble remembering where things went and what the equipment was called, which concerned Spike since Twilight is never forgetful..."Hmmm..Spike...? What's thing thingy called again? A cup...?" as she holds out a beaker, "Uh..That's a beaker Twi" Spike tells her, "Maybe it's best if I finish cleaning up, you seem to be strugglin' a bit...You feelin' alright?" Spike asked her, "Oh..No no..I'm completely fine, it must be from the lack of sleep I got last night, hehe" Twilight replies back to Spike, shaking her head as her headache was increasing and her attention span was getting shorter. "Uh..Okay then....But tell me if you're not feeling good Twi" Spike tells her. With this, they finish up. "Phew...That's over, how about some coffee" Twilight tells Spike, staring to walk upstairs, "Or tea or whatever, we could do a break" Spike replies back, he couldn't help but find something is off.

They make their way downstairs and have tea and coffee, Twilight takes a bite out of a crumpet as she feels her ears ringing. Spike was reading the newspaper and read the clock, "Oh my gosh! Twilight? Weren't you suppose to go to Sweet Apple Acres to help Applejack?" Spike tells her, which makes Twilight gasp, "Oh my gosh...You're right...Oh..Applejack must be waiting for me and wondering where I'm at, thanks for the reminder". Twilight runs out of the kitchen and out the door to Sweet Apple Acres, ignoring her headache. Spike was left hanging, "Something is wrong with Twilight, I can tell...."

Twilight makes her way to Sweet Apple Acres. Applejack was already doing her chores as she looks over, "Oh, howdy Twi, what took ya so long? Ah was beginnin' to worry that you gotta change of plans and backed out" Applejack tells her. Twilight stops right in front of Applejack, "Oh...Just a lab experiment that went wrong and had to clean up, but I'm fine" Twilight tells Applejack as Applejack senses something is off with her, "Hey Twi, you alright?", this makes Twilight frown slightly, "Oh..I'm completely fine. So, what do you want me to do first?" Twilight asked Applejack as she changed the subject. Applejack has the *Okay..? look* as she responds, "Well...Ah recommend that you start helpin' me buck them apples. While Ah was waitin', ah jus' did ma daily chores so ah saved the best for last". "You got it Applejack" Twilight tells her, flying over to a tree and starts to buck. Twilight was so eager because she was hoping that if she did some chores and other stuff with her friends, she'd clear her mind, but her headache grew worse with each passing minute. But she bucks at least five trees before she walks to the sixth one. Applejack was bucking trees at the other side of the orchard.

Twilight wipes the sweat off her face, "Phew..Only 15 more trees to go". She walks over to the sixth tree in need of a bucking and walks right up to it. But...As she walked up to the tree, her eyes glaze over, being replaced with a more innocent look as she spots a leaf falling off the tree and heading downwards, she drools slightly as she watches the leaf fall. Twilight was mesmerized by the leaf and it seemed like she didn't remember why she was here, "Leafie.....You're so...Beautiful...". All the sudden Applejack sees Twilight spaced out and runs over to her, waving a hoof in front of her face, "Twi....Twi..Twilight...You there...". This makes Twilight snap out of her state as her gaze returns to normal, "Oh, sorry Applejack...Ugh..." Twilight groans, holding her head, "My head..My head has been pounding since I experimented in the lab.....Hmmmm....I thought bucking apples would clear my head but..It made it worse...I'm gonna go home Pinkie Pie" Twilight tells Applejack, "Uh..Twi...? Am Applejack, not Pinkie" Applejack replies, making Twilight gasps, "I'm really sorry Applejack...Ugh..I can't.....Oh hey look, apples!" as Twilight's eyes glaze over again and unfolds her wings, flying to the apple tree and picks several apples, eating one of them. Applejack watches this as she's worried, "Twi! Focus". Twilight snaps out of it and flies back down, "Oh, sorry...I got distracted...." Twilight tells her. "Get some res Twi, if you overwork, yer headache ain't gonna get better" Applejack advises. "Good enough AJ" Twilight says, saying goodbye and flies off to the Golden Oak Library...But...By how her headache was growing worse and all, she wouldn't be flying straight home and by the time she reaches her place, she'll be less smart and act like Pinkie Pie. It's up to the Mane 5 to try to cure Twilight but...For the time being, they'll be babysitters.

This is basically based off of a season three episode of TMNT 2012 where Donnie was trying to perfect an anti-dote and Mikey ruins his experiment, causing the red ooze to spill onto his wrist and...As it took effect, he lost his intelligence and acted like Mikey but worse and acted childish. There's something about the episode that makes me attracted too, even though it's a filler episode in between important events. But yeah. But that episode would lead to a major event.
