looking good however the animation is not quite as good as it could be.
remember when walking the whole body moves vertically up and down a bit, you can push the feet more with a footroll, also have the lower arms swing with some followthrough movement, and there is a slight bouncing when he places down his feet, and those ankles look really stiff
other than that it looks really good

Thanks for the critique,
I had a hard time adjusting the up and down movement because it all pivots on the base-object of the skeleton, and was being really picky about crashing the computer when i tried to shift it around =P
what do you mean by "footroll"?
and yeah, I noticed a few of those other points you said as well, but I think I should move on to other things and keep what you said in mind for next time ^.=.^

I noticed what he means, the feet do not seem to have the fluctuation that real feet have. They reach forward when stepping forward, and pull back when stepping. When your foot is back, coming forward, it curls up almost so that you do not drag your foot on the ground. If that makes sense. See if you can find a video of someone walking on YouTube and watch it in slow motion, that should help to make more sense.
Just wait until you try to make him do a karate kick, that is going to be hard as hell to get to look right without making it look like he is going to wipe completely out.
