Though I'm a fan of Metal Gear Solid as a series and have played 2, 3, Peacewalker and 5; but have curiously not gotten around to doing the first (I have read the book adaptation for some reason??); that is until early this year, where I played and beat it in a few Friday evening sessions at my friend's house. Definitely hasn't aged gracefully but I'm glad I got to play the game the way it was intended and experience all the memes in their full context :3
