Today's the final day of 2020, so I figured I might as well do something where I talk about how my year went and my plans for next year like I used to do on Facebook.

I think it goes without saying though that this year sucked for everybody, although for me it mostly sucked because of personal life stuff. I haven't been feeling the best lately because of it, but I've been trying to get better and am hoping that maybe things will start to look up for me in 2021. I will say that I learned a lot from this year, and this year was also pretty big for the DeviantArt page since I finally came back after that 9 month hiatus and I also made my Fur Affinity page, so it wasn't a COMPLETE bust.

As for stuff that came out this year that I liked, there wasn't a whole lot, but still an alright amount. The only game that came out this year that I've played is Animal Crossing New Horizons, so it kinda wins the spot of my favorite game of the year by default. Also, it's probably clear to everyone by the fact I have a Jigglypuff-sona that I like Pokemon, but I actually haven't been keeping up much with the Sword and Shield DLC expansion things. I did however do a couple playthroughs of Sword and Shield back in September, and I wouldn't mind getting the expansions at some point, but I dunno. The only new movie I watched this year was the Sonic movie the day it came out and that one was surprisingly good, and there were also quite a few shows from this year as well as previous years I watched too. As for comics, I of course really like the Sonic IDW comics and liked this year's Bad Guys mini-series, and I also read what few Issues we have of the Care Bears Unlock the Magic comics series so far as well as the Aggretsuko comic series and the Beastars manga. As for stuff that I'm looking forward to the release of in 2021, there actually isn't much due to not much getting announced recently, but there are a couple games that I'm looking forward to like whatever Sonic and Pokemon will end up doing, Scott Pilgrim vs The World Complete Edition (which I've been told comes out on January 14th :3), and chapter 2 of Deltarune (whenever that decides to come out).

The last thing I wanted to talk about are my plans for the next year, and what I'm planning is making 2021 a very full but moreso relaxed year than 2019 and 2020. I won't try to pressure myself into doing stuff on a daily basis and I won't be experimenting very much this year, but I still fully intend on doing a bunch of holiday specials as well as some monthly event things that will basically work the same way I did Sonictember and Inktober this year. I don't want to go too into detail about those monthly events though since I want to save them as a bit of a surprise for when we get to them, but I will say that the first month I plan on doing something event-related for will be February. I've also been hinting at doing a bit of a remastered version of my old Chao in Space series from 2017, and I'm thinking of doing that and the updated art for it in this coming month. I've also been prepping to possibly start doing stuff with my PeridottoPuffu's Art Facebook page, and I've also been considering doing more playthroughs on my other two pages, but I'm still deciding how or if I want to do all that.

Anyway, I think that's about all I wanted to talk about! I hope you all have a nice New Years, and hopefully 2021 will be better than 2020!
