Ooooooooooo! I *really* like this one. Reminds me of a mid-scale hispanic town type of scene, where Bond is carefully picking his way through town trying not to be seen, but fully aware that the 'femme fatale' is doing the very same thing, and they're both trying to beat the other to the drop-off point so they can 'acquire' the hostage.

A strong sense of ethnicity, but also a great sense of suspense and a load of action that is just waiting for that hair-pin trigger to be set loose.

Thanks! Interesting that you picked up on the hispanic angle; Latin music is one of my favorite kinds of music, and sometimes the stuff I do just leans that way, intentionally or not. I like the scenario you described too.

I'm loving this! There's some strong ethnic influence bringing this whole piece together. I recognize the original song in question, but the direction its taken in is so fresh that it doesn't distract from what sets it apart from the original tune. Seriously great stuff here.

Thanks! I think the Bond theme is such universal music that you could do it in nearly any style and it would sound good. Even elevator music, a la Goldeneye on the N64, haha.
