For this year's last personal project, I thought of giving everyone a bit of a dose of hope and good vibes for 2021.
There were a few ideas floating my head about what to do for the last idea of 2020, what with this project turning out to be a relative success when you look at the bigger picture. I didn't want to end with a goofy destruction of 2020, nor did I want to go the whole pretentious route and make something incredibly cryptic or activistic, so here we are. A simple drawing of cute characters (and my griffon) sailing onto a better future (hopefully).
I have to say this one took a while to start materializing properly on my canvas, but once I had the basic idea down everything else came down rolling fantastically. It's all a matter of time management and perspective (not artistic rather personal). If I hadn't started this project in early March I wouldn't have polished my skill enough to get better at this, and what used to take me thirty hours to do now takes me a fraction. That's a good thing to come out of this hell year, improvement both personal and craft wise.
As for 2021 and my hopes for it, I don't want to raise the bar too up high, but I suggest we all look forward to the future, because why being hopeless when being hopeful costs just the same?
Please, let me know what you think of it in the comments. I appreciate each and every single one I receive.

Thank you!
