It looks like Shatter is doing some "bab" things and she got caught in the act, she'll have a lot of explaining to do.

And it's a possibility (Suggested by a friend on Discord) that she was in the old foal Nursery in Twilight's castle and she got caught being foalish by one of her friends or someone who doesn't know about "her" secret. Hopefully someone should rescue her.
