$200 later, I finally have the newest FL Studio on my new laptop. To celebrate recovering the tools for my trade, I decided to return to the song covering and challenge myself. Well over 8 hours put into this one. After exclusively doing songs in 4/4, accidentally picking one in 3/4 was very much the challenge I was looking for. Halfway into it, I was ready to trash it and abort the attempt. For whatever reason, I stuck it out and once I mastered the bassline, everything seemed to fall in place.
