Yaaay, I finished~ Art trade with
Akagen that I said I'd do about a month ago. I haven't spent this long on a picture in a long time. It was really good practice, drawing new things like a DS. The colouring went well, but the scanner I used is horrible, so the colours are kind of off and the line work is scratchy. Also, I looked and looked for a brown or bronze DSi XL, but the closest I could find was a kind of maroon, browny red one. I don't know if that's the same one you were referring to or what, but I did my best to replicate it *shrugs*
Time: 5.5 hours
Copics: 0.05mm and 0.1mm multiliner, 100, C7, R46, BG13, YG03, G21, G00, Y13, B000, E39, E35, E33.
Also, if you want, I could just give you the hard copy sketch, Gen. I feel a need to prove the picture looks better than this irl, so if you're interested, it's all yours.

Oh woah nice job. This is really nice. I believe you lol, but it would be awesome to have irl too >__>; lol
Though in that case I would want to do something more for you. Since I'm making you a logo sort of avatar, I could design a card or something, with like your FA info on it or something, for if you are in an artist alley at a con or something. Let me know what you think.
And of the two DSi-XLs that came out, that is the one that isn't mine, lol. But it is fine. There isn't much difference between the two colors of XLs they released, only that one is slightly redder. I got the bronze because it was more brown

You don't have to do anything extra for me, man. I'd be glad to have a sweet card design with my FA info to pass out at cons, but don't feel obligated by any means. The avatar/logo thing is more than enough already; it's something I've been wanting for a long time. So either way, I'm happy, really.
That DSi-XL looks black to me aaaahh. Maybe it's the screen I'm using, but I can see no brown in there. Oh well, as long as it's alright that your DS is slightly redder, then it's cool I suppose, ha ha.

I don't have a color palette for her yet, but I could give you some basics. Her personality is pretty much spelled out in the description too, but if you need anything else, just ask!

Hmm... It's a toss up between Cole and Jaslyn. I really like Jaslyn, because she's purple, but Cole definitely looks like an interesting challenge, too.
As for me, a picture of Spix doing whatever is cool. I guess things like drinking milk out of the carton, or sleeping on a tree limb in classic red panda fashion are a few things she does a lot. This is the best up to date reference of her character design http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3988503/
