she is a voulentary 'test' subject. she is part of a facility where she tests many things, from clothing to products, to things that make one grow in shape and size! as a 'tester' here, they are not allowed to go outside in public, so they hae a caretaker of theirs go out and get stuff for them as well as make sure they are alright and safe. man testers and caretakers are friends with one another, so there is no shady busines going on here.

necter has a softy for a caretaker and fails to properly scold her for going out and having fun. she doesn't really listen to him too much, but the do enjo one another's company when there is down time.
