He was originally meant to be a spoof character of "Fomo" from the artist Spotted squeak. Since Fomo means "Fear of missing out", what about "Joy of missing out" ?
Meaning you don't have to fallow the crowd and create your own path or your own music with Jomo's voice. If he could ever be a Vocaloid someday, he is only a concept.
Who also has a taste for foxes just like Fomo's taste for cats. Who knows, maybe he also likes ginger ale too XD
