Tbh, the reason I love gurgling being a sign that it’s time is because of the episode of Futurama when Kif gets pregnant. I loved how his belly gurgled and twitched as he said that he had to go to his home planet to give birth. The gurgling/twitching really adds to that sense of urgency to me, that it’s time to say goodbye to the belly forever (unless they wanted to try for another baby hehe).
