And now for something completely different...
Please do not leave your trash on the beach folks, because animals will eat it or get stuck in it. This gull is lucky he isn't playing with the plastic from someone's discarded 6-pack. On the other side of this whole discussion, it was rather amusing to watch it play with the bottle for a while. And if anyone even thinks of telling me that birds don't play, I am going to tell you right now that you are totally and absolutely wrong so shut up and keep your opinions to yourself ...or I will tell the goose story, and nobody wants that. But seriously folks, don't leave your trash on the beach, or anywhere else that isn't a recycling bin or garbage can for that matter (preferable a recycling bin if possible!)
*erhem* I am an environmentalist nutcase... Smokey the Bear says only you can prevent forest fires.... etc

I hate gulls. >.<
They are loud, poop on everything, thank you for handouts by flying directly over you until they can *give* the food back, and are just mean.
I used to feed these cute little birds with my left over fries when I was in High School, but before long some loud Gull would come, scare all the birds away, and then glut all the food down. -.- Dumb Gulls. We have entirely too many of them around here in my town.
