I blame a few things on this character right here. First being my want to completely make a Mad Scientist/Professor and two because I watched something that gave me an inspirational kick.



So say hello to Professor Cutter, her real name being top secret and classified to everyone but a select few (Professor Hojo being one of those few) she's a mad one all right in the sense that she doesn't just experiment on 'specimens' but she runs experiments on herself.



She detests Hojo in general, she thinks he's 'too soft' on the experiments he does and too soft on his specimens. Completely whacked out of her head, I think Hojo has met his match for Mentally Challenged 



Cutter was designed to be someone that would later take the helm and get Jacques for her own experimental gain, but it isn't without a fight from Hojo of course and Jacques is sent back to Hojo's care after Cutter is prove too... 'unsafe' for the boy.
