Another Pokémon OC that I've formed in my head, after some conversations I've had with a few of my friends regarding the prospect of coming up with more Pokémon OCs. Again, wanting to finish this character first because Year of the Rat is almost at an end.
He's the bodyguard for the Alolan Raichu village chief, in my previous pic. Strong-willed, and very protective of the chief and the entire village. You do not want to mess with this Raichu.

Believe it or not, the original idea was for the sunglasses to look more like that Squirtle's pair of shades from that aforementioned Squirtle gang. Upon realizing just how the design looked too much like those pair of shades, however, I had to change the design, so that this Raichu looks a little more original.
