A story that my FA big brother  kaafan10 suggested to do for once a month, since a lot of people haven't been interested of the Mane Six having their own filly to be with. So maybe a story about how they were born will change that. So without further ado, it's story time:


In the land of Equestria; where ponies, Pegasus and unicorns live together in harmony, Twilight Sparkle was in her treehouse home, making a potion of some kind for herself. Along in the room she had some foal books. Apparently, she fell into a deep want to have herself her own foal to raise as her own, but she was too nervous to ask a colt to impregnant her since none of them would be doing this for her, but just for the new princess of Equestria. So she had an idea to create a potion to make her pregnant, that way she can get what she wanted, and no colt would be upset or demanding when marrying her. Right as she finished with the potion, a bright flash filled the room, as Celestia; the Princess of Equestria appeared in the room.
"Celestia!? What are you doing here?!" Twilight asked, as she then gasped in shock. "Is Equestria in danger? Do my friends need my help?! Are we under attack!?"
"Relax Twilight, we're not in danger." Celestia spoke, in a calm manner tone. Twi squeaked nervously with a slight blush above her muzzle.
"Oh, then why are you here?"
"I wanted to ask you for a potion, you know? The one from Pinkie's show?"
"Oh that potion. Strangely a lot of ponies have been asking for that lately. I'll get one made for you Celestia."
"I want Luna to join the fun as well, so make the potion a bit bigger." Celestia added.
"Alright then, your majesty." Twi bowed and then started creating the potion with her magic. However; even though Celestria is the ruler of Equestria, she is a citizen herself and she can be impatient as well. She then noticed the pregnancy potion on the table next to Twilight, not knowing what it was intended for as there were no labels to identify it. It had the same color like the potion; the one that made Pinkie floated up around the room, she decided to make a minor mistake. She took the potion and then flashed away. This startled Twilight as she saw that Celestia was gone. However she thought the only reason why Celestia teleported away was that she had important royal things to do, so she continued with her work, not even noticing that her pregnancy potion was stolen. Celestia flashed into her room, smiling with the potion by her.
"Now, where is my sister?" She asked herself, exiting her room and thinking on the possibility of her sister. Which we jump cut to, seeing Luna in her room, playing video games while eating corn chips and drinking some soda. She then heard a knock at her door and pauses the game. Fluttering to the door and using her magic to open, she was greeted by her older sister.
"What thou want dear sister?" Luna asked.
"I asked Twilight to make us a potion to have fun with. You know, the same one Pinkie drank that made her floated around the room." Tia smiled.
"Dear sister, thou shouldn't be wasting time with nonsense."
"Oh come on, you've been hanging in your room all the time, it be nice to do some sister bonding fun once in a while."
"Hmm, art thou make a point." Luna said, noticing the potion was uncorked, and floated next to her thanks to Celestia. Luna smiled and used her magic to grab the bottle and drank half of the potion, just enough for Tia to drink the rest.
"Hehe, thank you dear sis-" Before Celestia could finish, they both grunted and clutched their bellies, feeling pain growing inside them.
"What did you do sister!?" Luna groaned.
"I don't know! I just took the potion and left!" Celestia wailed.
"Sister, you didn't take a different potion while there did you!?" Celestia clenched her lip, for she did exactly that. "Sister!?"
"I may have been a bit... impatient and took a potion without knowing what it does."
"If we make it through this, I'm gonna kill you!" Luna groaned in anger, not noticing that her belly was starting to grow. A few more minutes later, the pain stopped and they were finally relieved. But when they got up, they felt something heavy below them. They were both shocked to see their bellies so round.
"OH NO! I'M FAT!!!" Celestia shouted.
"Thou no different when having cake from her stash in her room." Luna smirked.
"This is different! At least I charmed the cakes to make me less fat!"
"Twilight will have an explanation, as well as an apology from you, dear sister." Celestia blushes and lowered her head, for she now have to admit her mistake. Back with Twilight, she had finished making the potion that allows you to float around and then felt the flash of light beaming behind her.
"Princess Celestia. I have finished making the po-" She gasped loudly and dropped the potion onto the ground in shock. She saw Celestia and Luna, both of them having large bellies. "What happened!?!"
"Tell her, dear sister." Luna ordered, while Tia blushes.
"I... took one of your potions that you already made and shared it with my sister." She said.
"That wasn't a floating potion princess." Twi said.
"Thou no kid, but why did thou make potion to become fat?" Luna asked.
"It's not a fat potion, it's a pregnancy potion. You're both pregnant." Twi said, shocking the two as their jaws dropped open.
"PREGNANCY POTION!?!" Tia shouted.
"Why thou make this potion?" Luna asked Twilight.
"Well... it was for me. I found these foal books in my shelves and I started to feel lonely in this treehouse." Twi explained.
"But you have Spike and Owlicious."
"Yeah, but not as a friend feeling, but a mother feeling. Plus, I don't think Spike will be willing to go back into diapers again." She giggled.
"Hehe, thou speaks truthfully." Luna smiled.
"Well, at least I know where my other potions have been gonna missing from my potion storage." Twi leered at Tia, smirking while Tia was blushing and covering her head with her wing in embarrassment.
"Well, at least thou can reverse this mistake and we'll be back to normal." Luna said.
"That's one thing I can't solve." Twi said nervously, catching Luna's and Celestia's attention fully.
"What do you mean?" Tia asked.
"The potion was meant for me, so I didn't really make a counter potion to counteract it."
"WHAT!?!" Luna and Celestia shouted in shock.
"You mean we're both gonna have foal's to raise on our own!?" Tia freaked out.
"We're not ready for this! We have a kingdom to rule still!" Luna freaked out as well.
"Calm down! You're both princesses of Equestria, you're both are suppose to be ready for anything." Twilight said.
"This is different Twilight, raising a foal in a big kingdom can lead to many dangerous situations!" Tia said.
"Then you both have to be in one area together and that no one besides your trusted guards can tend to your needs."
"Where exactly do thou suggest?" Luna asked, which Twi started to think. Then she had it. At the Equestrian castle, in the lower quarters of the palace, Twilight, Celestia and Luna were walking down the hallway, along with two guards following them. One was a tall gray colt with blue eyes, and the other was a short brown bat pony with purple eyes. Each one was for Luna and Celestia to tend and treated till they finally given birth to their new foals. While Twilight tends to the royal errands to keep Tia and Luna's worries at bay. They soon were at the room, a large empty library that was old, abandon and completed with cobwebs. All the books were gone or ruined by the condition of the state it was in. Twi closes the doors of the room, used her magic from within the room as light gleamed through the cracks of the door and soon vanished. She then opened the door to reveal a giant play area nursery. It had two changing tables, a playpen area, a plush pile, a large crib, a minifridge filled with foal food and foal bottles of milk and chocolate milk, a closet full of costumes, a shelf filled with diapers and diaper supplies, a little stage next to the closet of costumes, a big TV showing filly shows and foal shows, and finally all over the soft puzzle like playmat floor were hundreds of filly toys. Celestia and Luna were amazed and impressed with Twilight's magic.
"Very impressive Twilight, you would make a great mother for your foal." Celestia said.
"Thank you Princess, and soon after I make another potion." Twi said, making Celestia blush again.
"Where thou put the bathroom?" Luna asked.
"Oh, it's over there." Twi pointed to the door, as one of the guards went over to investigate it. But noticed something off and spoke.
"Miss Sparkle?"
"Yes?" Twi answered.
"When you were preforming the spell, did you forget to add a toilet to the bathroom?"
"What!?!" Celestia fluttered over and looked inside the bathroom to see that their was a sink, a bathtub, a cabinet with towels and body supplies,
everything a bathroom has except the main important thing, a toilet.
"Actually, I didn't forget, because this was bringing to my next explanation." Twilight said.
"About?" Luna asked.
"When you're going through your pregnancy, your lower body systems will experience some flaws; like you need to go to the bathroom every five minutes or so. But I have a solution to fix that." Twi explained, which she then flashed an adult pony diaper from thin air. Luna and Celestia blushed deeply from the sight of the thick diaper.
"You can't be serious Twilight?!" Celestia asked, sounding like it was a plea.
"I'm sorry Celestia, but the more you'll fight against it, the more easier for you to have an accident. It's the only way." Twilight said. Tia blushes hard from hearing that, but with a huff of her breathe, she used her magic to pick the diaper up and diaper herself up. "You're gonna need one too Luna." Flashing in another thick diaper for Luna to just pick it up with her magic.
"I can't believe all of this happened by just taking a potion." Tia said, feeling ashamed for her action.
"Not only that, but you put your diaper on backwards." Twilight pointed out, having Celestia blush more. She helped her out by rearranging the diaper right side up so the large padding could rest around the princess's crotch. This did made Luna curious, for how Twilight knew the diaper was in the wrong position, but was easily distracted when she felt the diaper she was holding suddenly wrapped around her crotch and taped around herself. She looked to see her guard taping the diaper onto her. She blushes deeply for not even noticing that she was being diapered in the process.
"Sorry princess, but you heard what Miss Sparkle said."
"I know, I just didn't realize I was deep into thought till now." Luna said, still blushing.
"Well, that's about it. Let me know if anything goes wrong." Twi said to Celestia and Luna.
"Thank you... Twilight for helping us with this." Celestia said bashfully.
"I will visit you every week to see how you are doing."
"Wait, how long will we be pregnant for?" Luna asked.
"Well, the potion was able to speed up the process to about a month completely, I didn't get any further besides that."
"A whole month in diapers!? What happens if we get too dependent on them?!" Celestia asked.
"You won't, your bladder and stomach systems will return back to normal once you have given birth. Then you'll be able to use the bathroom as normal." Twi explained.
"Are thou sure?" Luna asked.
"Positive."
"Well... I guess we'll have to just see for ourselves then." Celestia said.
"I'll keep the castle in one piece Celestia, you can count on me." Twi closes the doors and left them to their new diaper life. The next day, Celestia was sleeping in the pile of plushies; since Twilight only gave them a crib to sleep in, Tia wasn't gonna go that far to sleep like a literal foal. Luna was searching around the room to find something to do, but all that was there to entertain herself was foal toys and filly shows. At least they were able to watch the Pinkie Pie Show. The guards came back with their breakfast, some fresh stacks of pancakes with strawberries and syrup along with two cups of apple juice. Celestia and Luna were relieved, for they had an appetite to fill. They started eating them in an unlike manner the guards never thought to see them eat like. But they shrugged, thinking it was the mommy appetite they'll be going through. The next day, Celestia and Luna were throwing a big temper tantrum over getting changed. They were shouting, flailing their hooves and whining like a literal filly that didn't get the toy they wanted. The guards were having trouble keeping them calm in any adult way, until one of them decided to just plop a pacifier into their mouths, and they suddenly became calm. After the change, both Celestia and Luna realized what just happened, and were both deeply embarrassed about it. Soon an entire week went by, as they were both now engaging with the foal toys and finding some entertainment out of it. They didn't even realize that they were playing in full diapers till one of the guards checked their diapers. After that embarrassing day, Twi came in to check on them, seeing how they were doing. Thought she did caught them red hoofed when they were acting like foals; Celestia on her belly, drinking out of a foal bottle, and Luna powdering herself with foal powder as she was finished getting herself changed, while they were both wearing bonnets on their heads. Twilight didn't ask about that, she just shut the door and left. But she was smiling during her leave. Another day passes by, and already Celestia and Luna were trying out the adult like costumes that would fit the style of a foal, and even found some adult onesies. Without even a thought, they tried them on and felt comfortable in them. Another week went by and they were so comfortable into wearing diapers, they left the nursery completely and explored the castle to find the kitchen. Many of the guards and workers at the castle were shocked to see their princess in such foal like apparel. But the princesses didn't mind it; truthfully they were blushing in embarrassment, however they were comfortable to at least let everypony know that they were alright. The next day Celestia and Luna were completely calm about walking around their castle in foal apparel and diapers, letting their guards and workers check on them in case they need changing, and even letting them raise them like foals, in which they enjoyed. But that wasn't the only thing that started to change. The next day, a guard came up to Celestia and Luna, and asked if he could join them in their foal like nonsense. They were surprised to hear that somepony wanted to join what they were doing, even though this was due to the pregnancy. Right? Soon the next day, Twilight was packing her things, as Celestia have told her that she and Luna will be back ruling Equestria again. That didn't phase Twilight the slightest, in fact she was completely understandable about it. It's almost like she wanted this to happen, but that's just a hunch. After that day, Celestia had an idea, and went to Luna's room to talk with her. She found her playing video games again, this time with a thicker diaper than the ones they were wearing, and her soda was in an adult size foal bottle. She talked with her that they started liking and getting use to diapers, and some of their workers started joining them for their diaper love, so she suggested to give out a no judgement rule about wearing diapers publicly. And Luna loved that idea. Soon enough after a week discussing with the other princesses, princes, kings and queens, they were a little judgmental about that rule, until Celestia brought up that they can wear pull-ups or even cloth diapers to make them feel less embarrassing. Not to mention the whole reason for this was because of their pregnancy. They were shocked and thought that they were just being fat foals, but it was completely off slightly.
So after an apology for misunderstanding, they put a rule up and quoted: 'If any pony, gryphon, or citizen of any area of Equestria have a secret desire for diapers, then you are allow to wear and use them as pleased in public, with no judgement from anyone.' And frankly, some of Equestria was alright with that, for nearly half of Ponyville had ponies secretly indulge in some pamper times. The Hippogriffs were completely understanding with this, since mainly they were too use to being merponies in the sea and sort of, lost their continent throughout the time. The gryphon's were completely disgusted by this, but they allowed themselves to just wear pull-ups to please Celestia for the agreement. The Yak's took this as another way for bathroom relief since the toilets in Ponyville were too small for them to sit. The Change-lings were confused since they never really experienced diapers before ever since Chrysalis was ruling them, but after a few days in thick pampers they were very pleased and happily accepted the rule to be pass. The dragon's had a mix communication of wanting this rule to not pass, but even if they all agreed to no let it pass, it was four against two. The gryphon's were surprised at how embarrassed the dragon leader was about this, even though the Gryphon King was alright with wearing a pull-up, it showed how worried the dragon's status was to themselves. But it came to an agreement, and the rule was passed, soon almost all of Equestria had a nice thick padding between their legs. Some were still embarrassed about wearing diapers in public, but they were given a choice of padding wear, such as pull-ups, cloth diapers with plastic pants, and training pants for those big colt and ponies that wanted to feel big. Some of the ponies quickly padded themselves before they even objected; not that they were gonna to anyway. And soon, after three weeks from the meeting, the passing of the rule and even celebrating it with a foal shower part to celebrate their newly foals and their accomplishment, Celestia and Luna started to give birth to their new foals at the hospital and saw how beautiful they were in their arms. Celestia named her son Dusk, and Luna named her daughter Moon. The mane six along with Spike, were at the hosptial for the princesses by their word, getting to see their fillies and how adorable they were. "I can't believe all of this happened from just drinking a pregnancy potion." Celestia chuckled.
"I know dear sister, at first we were embarrassed to even soiling in a diaper, but now we're using them without a complaint." Luna smiled.
"Well... it wasn't the pregnancy potion that did that." Twilight blushes, getting Luna and Celestia's attention.
"What do you mean?" Celestia asked.
"I made the part when you would lose control of your bladder and stomach part up, I cursed the diapers with a comforting spell to make you both enjoy diapers, and I wanted to get you both back for stealing my potions in the process." Twi said.
"But I haven't stole any potions from thou Twilight." Luna said.
"No, but you have been stealing my food for a couple of months, mainly my favorite snack chips." Twi hinted, as Luna blushes in shame.
"So if this was all about the potions and chips, why were you so okay with Equestria wearing diapers?" Celestia asked. Twilight blushes along with her mane six friends, for it then came to Celestia and Luna that they happen to indulge in some pamper times as well. "So, I guess Spike did like going back into diapers." She giggled, which made Spike blush.
"He did wanted see what it was like being a baby again, and that got me to try it out for myself as well." Twi blushes.
"Soon all of us were on the pamper train before we even know it." Pinkie giggled.
"You were already on that train with your foal shower parties." Rainbow Dash smirked.
"Don't knock it till you tried it!"
"It was very comfortable for me and my animals, I never felt so happy and open to others like this before. I especially had fun being taken care of my friends, along with taking care of them." Fluttershy smiled.
"It was very embarrassing for me to indulge this, but after finding out about my little sisters indulgence with diapers, I asked her about it and she explained that it was a familiar feeling of being happy and relaxed, before anything that happened now never happened. So I took that into thought and felt relaxed." Rarity explained.
"Not to mentions making them foal clothes for adults in the process." AppleJack smirked.
"Oh hush you, you made Applebloom wear them when you were super worried about her."
"That was mother instincts, at least she now enjoys wearing them with her friends."
"I wasn't too big about wearing them myself, but after I heard Scootaloo injured herself and had to wear diapers, I had to do this to cheer her up. Plus, I'm surprised they made Wonder-bolt onesies and stuff for fillies and foals." Dash said.
"I bet you were super excited about the Wonderbolt pajamas Rarity made for you." Pinkie smirked.
"Shush you!" That made Pinkie giggled.
"Well, at least this rule gives you a chance to be open about it now." Celestia smiled, as Twilight's horn glowed to remove the curse off of her and Luna so they can finally enjoy their diapers as it. In the end, Celestia and Luna hugged their foals, which then jump cuts to Celestia telling Dusk and Moon the story of how Equestria became so fond of diapers and allowed it as public clothing.
"Wow mommy, I didn't think you would be that embarrassed for wearing diapers." Dusk said.
"Well a lot has changed during those events. And speaking of change." Tia used her magic to lift Dusk in the air and checked his diaper.
"Mom!" Dusk whined and blushes, making Moon giggle at the sight. But then Luna enter the room, carrying a tray of milk and cookies with her magic, as she then checked Moon's diaper when walking to them.
"Did my moon pie make a mud pie in her dipee?" Luna cooed.
"Mommy!" Moon blushes and whined like Dusk did, as Dusk now had the upper hoof to giggled at her. Tia and Luna giggled and laid down together by the fireplace with their fillies, all of them enjoying a bottle of milk with some fresh chocolate chip cookies to munch on.
